The public website

You can browse our public information pages without advertising or analytics cookies. We do not place third-party tracking pixels, embed external videos or use browser local storage on these pages. Fonts, images, styles and scripts are served with the website.

When you use an account

Accounts are available to people aged 16 or over. Browsing the public information pages does not require an account session.

Opening an account action uses a necessary first-party session cookie named WOOACCOUNTSESSION. It keeps that action linked to your browser, protects account requests and maintains sign-in when you log in. It contains a random identifier, rather than your email address or password.

The cookie is restricted to the current hostname. Our server sends it over secure HTTPS connections and prevents page scripts from reading it. The account session expires after 30 minutes of inactivity or 12 hours from sign-in. Signing out ends the signed-in session. Browser session-restoration settings can affect when a cookie disappears from your device; the server still enforces the session expiry.

This cookie is used to provide account functions you request. It is not used for advertising or audience measurement. You can block or remove it in your browser, but registration, sign-in and other account actions may then fail.

Why there is no “Accept all” banner

The current public service has no optional advertising or analytics storage to accept. Necessary account storage is explained here. If we introduce optional browser storage or tracking, we will explain it and request consent before it is used where required; refusing it will remain possible.

Links and email

Choosing an external link takes you to another service whose cookies and privacy notice apply. An ordinary link does not load that service's tracking code on our pages. Account email delivery is described in our privacy notice.

The future game

The game is not playable on this public website yet. Before a public game release, this notice will describe any saved settings, progress storage and optional gameplay measurement used by that release.
