What is available

This website introduces an episodic science-fiction adventure in development. Episode 1 · Part 1 — The Dig, the complete first episode and later episodes are not playable on the public website yet. Descriptions, artwork and planned features may change as development continues.

Browsing is free. Where account registration is offered, creating an account is also free. An account does not buy, reserve or guarantee access to an unreleased game. No purchases, paid subscriptions or preorders are available on this website at present.

Your account

You must be at least 16 to create an account. We do not offer accounts for people under 16, including through a parent or guardian. If you are 16 or 17, obtain a parent or guardian's permission where the law applicable to you requires it.

Use an email address you control, truthfully confirm that you are at least 16 and choose a password you do not use elsewhere. We ask you to verify your email address before the account becomes active. We do not ask for your full date of birth or a parent or guardian's email address during registration.

Keep your password and verification links private. Tell us promptly if you believe somebody else has accessed your account. You can delete your account in the Account panel after confirming your current password, or request account closure by emailing mail@objective.srl; we may ask you to confirm that you control the account.

By selecting the terms checkbox during registration, you agree to these account terms. A separate age declaration confirms that you are at least 16. The privacy notice explains how we use personal data; accepting these terms is not consent to advertising, newsletters or optional tracking.

Fair use

You may browse the website and use the account features made available to you for their intended purpose. Do not attempt to access another person's account, bypass access controls, upload malicious content, interfere with the service or use it unlawfully.

We may temporarily restrict an account when reasonably necessary to investigate misuse or protect the service. We will explain the reason and provide a way to contact us where doing so would not undermine security or a legal obligation. Any action will be proportionate to the issue.

Artwork, stories and other material

Our original stories, designs and other protected material remain the property of their respective rights holders. You may view and share links to this website. Other reuse requires permission unless an applicable licence or the law allows it. Third-party and public-domain material keeps its own status and terms.

Some artwork and fictional voices were created using generative AI and edited or directed for this project. They depict a fictional setting and fictional performances. Details of the tools and other contributions are available in the credits.

Availability and changes

We maintain the service with reasonable care. Maintenance, security incidents or technical problems can temporarily interrupt access. We will communicate material changes to account features or these terms through the website or an account email where appropriate. Changes do not remove rights you already have under mandatory law.

Other websites

Links to bookstores, contributors and public authorities open independently operated websites. Their own terms and privacy notices apply when you choose to visit them. A link does not require you to make a purchase.

Questions and disputes

Please contact mail@objective.srl so we can try to resolve a problem. Where applicable, consumers may use the Romanian consumer authority's alternative dispute resolution service (ANPC SAL). Information is also available from ANPC.

Romanian law applies to these terms. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of mandatory protections under the law of your habitual residence or your right to use a competent court or supervisory authority. Nothing here excludes liability or a remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
